The National Futsal Course: two practical days

The National Futsal Course is The FA's practical futsal qualification. It develops your understanding of the game, its laws and how to support players, and it is your entry ticket to the UEFA Futsal B. It replaced the old FA Futsal Level 1 and Level 2 awards.

  • Who it is for: coaches on the football pathway; UEFA C-level coaches are the target audience. You arrive with the free Introduction to Futsal behind you.
  • Format: two practical days, supported by digital resources. Booking is through the England Football Learning course listings.
  • Online Game Guide: a video resource you discuss across the two days.
  • Futsal – Laws of the Game: an online module completed when you sign up.
  • Practice cards for every practice delivered, and a digital coaching notebook: planning, delivering and reviewing templates, a development log and an emergency action plan.
  • Community: access to England Football's futsal community for blogs, webinars, forums, session ideas and arranging games.
  • Assessment and award: complete the practical days and the digital resources. You may then coach futsal at grassroots level and apply for the UEFA Futsal B.
