WALLET MONEY RULES

1. Top-ups buy in-game money for your manager’s wallet. It has no cash value: it cannot be withdrawn, sold or swapped for real money.
2. Your wallet is credited once the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
3. A top-up can be refunded only if the refund would not take your wallet below zero.
4. No refund for a top-up once a fantasy-league player purchase (a transfer stake) has been made since it.
5. A bank chargeback or dispute takes the in-game amount back whatever you have left, and can put your wallet in the red.
6. While your wallet is in the red you cannot spend until it is back above zero.
7. Top-up money is never clawed back when a season is left unfinished — only career earnings are.
8. You ask for the in-game money to be delivered at once, and accept that you lose your 14-day right to cancel when it is.
