Level 3 — Advanced Principles of Talent Identification & Development in Football — is the professional game's scouting qualification. It is built for people already doing the job: you must be in a full-time scout or talent-ID role, ideally one that drives standards in your department, and you should already hold Level 2 plus the Safeguarding Children course. Places go first to candidates whose club needs them qualified under EPPP, and to professional-club recruitment staff who hold Level 2.
