Level 4 — Leadership of Talent Identification & Development in Football — is the top of the scouting pathway below the Technical Directors Course. It is for heads of recruitment and senior scouting professionals working in the professional game, who know their club's recruitment strategy and have scouting experience behind them. Priority goes to candidates their club needs qualified under EPPP, to current heads of recruitment who hold Level 3, and to people identified by their club or The FA as future heads of recruitment.
